Glenlyon Gardens Extension (FRASER'S PADDOCK).

Just over four months ago the 250-acre subdivision of Glenlyon Gardens was opened to the public.

More than 90 per cent is now sold.

T. M. Burke announces the immediate opening of the adjoining property, well known as Fraser's Paddock.

This area consists of about 60 acres of similar land to Glenlyon, having the same beautiful views and surroundings, and separated from it only by the Enoggera Creek.

It is subdivided into large allotments on the same lines as Glenlyon, and contains an average of only three lots to the acre.

It is protected by similar covenants, and amongst its dedicated recreation reserves includes a

Full Sized Cricket Ground.

The beautiful creek is being reserved for all time by a drive on either side, and a new bridge is now being built at the expense of T. M. Burke to give purchasers on Glenlyon Gardens Extension direct access to Waterworks road, placing them within five or six minutes of the new Ashgrove tram, now running.

All lots will be sold on T. M. Burke's usual terms, a nominal deposit and instalments extending over five years, at six per cent.

Motor inspection without obligation arranged to suit your convenience.

SOLE AGENT:

T. M. Burke, Land Salesman, Strand Buildings, Cr. Queen and Albert Streets, Brisbane.
