THIS DAY.
ON THE GROUND,
At Indooroopilly, at 3.20 p.m.
45 LARGE VILLA SITES.
THE EAST INDOOROOPILLY ESTATE.
GEORGE HARDEN has been favored with instructions from the proprietor to submit to public competition, on the ground, on SATURDAY, December 16, at 3.20 o'clock in the afternoon, The whole of the Subdivisions in the above Estate.
The Auctioneer would draw the attention of the public and investors to the following points in favor of the EAST INDOOROOPILLY ESTATE These sites are from two to five acres each, the furthest lot is within fifteen minutes' walk of the Indooroopilly Railway Station. The greatest care has been taken in the plan of the estate and survey (see lithograph plan). A large and permanent supply of splendid pure water is on the estate. Some of the sites are the grandest on the railway line, commanding an uninterrupted view of great extent. All the high parts of Brisbane are within view of the Bayview-road, while on the south the Great Dividing Range is discernible, To the west, the Blue Mountains, Main Range, and Cunningham's Gap are in view.
Such an opportunity to procure first-class large-sized allotments has never before been placed within reach of the citizens of Brisbane.
The auction will commence at about 3.20 o'clock, immediately after the arrival of the Three o'clock train from Brisbane at Indooroopilly.
FREE LUNCH will be served on the ground at about One o'clock, immediately after the arrival of the 12.25 train from Brisbane at Indooroopilly, to which all are invited.
Terms-One-third cash ; balance by promissory notes at four and eight months, bearing 8 per cent, interest.
